Coss Construction Ltd is a family business which aims to deliver quality, design efficiency and outstanding finishes to every project we commence. The team has over 50 years combined construction industry experience.

John’s positive and proactive approach to every project allows for complete transparency with his clients. Every project is different, it needs a fresh point of view to bring out it’s potential. Our evolution over the years allows us to give a more personal touch to all of our client’s projects - as our most valuable assets are our team and the experience therein. We have a skilled team of specialists available to our clients should their expertise be required. These include Architects, Engineers, Electrical and Mechanical Specialists and Project Consultants.

As a site carpenter and foreman working for companies with an expected high level of health & safety on site we have adopted the same expectation and attitudes towards the construction industry.

Putting the safety of the public and our workforce first encourages good working practices by means of the correct tools and materials for the job, keeping working areas tidy and organized, as well as ensuring correct personal protective equipment is our recipe for success. Cutting corners not only results in defective work but can ultimately cost lives.

Environmentally Conscience.

The environment is the one of most important global subjects of our time which should not be ignored, being in an industry which has a direct impact on the environment we have a responsibility to insure that we play our part to preserve it for future generations no matter how small.

We take the issue seriously by ensuring that company’s supplying us use materials from sustainable forests and by following the schemes of FSC. Strict waste controls are set is place, separating, recycling and when possible re-using materials. Accurate measuring of materials and just in time deliveries also reduce the risk of excess waste.

We actively encourage the use of highly efficient boilers, low energy lighting systems, under floor heating and thermal insulation to buildings which in turn make homes and commercial spaces more energy efficient - reducing bills and cutting the impact on the environment.
